2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Opened or consumed nutraceutical/health supplement products
- Products without original packaging or label
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer
3. Eligible Returns & Replacements
We provide replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing item in the order
To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photo or video proof of the issue must be provided
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
4. Return Request Process
- Contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share:
– Order number
– Description of the issue
– Photo/video proof - Our team will verify and respond within 2-3 working days.
- If approved, replacement or refund will be initiated.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 7-10 working days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost if the issue is verified.
- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- Alternative product of equal value, or
- Full refund.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Dr. Selvan's Naturals reserves the right to amend this policy or reject any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above. In case of any discrepancy, the decision of the company shall be final.
